Rental Rates
• Standard: $140 / night
• Summer: July and August: $170 / night
• Holiday: Easter, Thanksgiving & Christmas: $190 / night
Additional 5% off when staying 14 days or more.
Additional 10% off when staying 28 days or more.
We offer more discount for longer stays!
Additional Options
• Pool Heating: $30 / day
• Gas BBQ Rental: $5 / day
• Bike Rental: $3 / day
Rental Information
• Currency
All Prices listed are in US Dollars, please let us know if you prefer a quote in a different
currency.
• Rental Period
Rental is possible from 6 days on. The start/end date can be any day of the week.
• Pool Heating / BBQ Rental / Bike Rental
Pool heating, BBQ rental and Bike rental is only available for the entire duration of your stay
and not for a couple of days only. Special rates may be offered for longer stays.
Water
temperature preference is very personal. We recommend pool heating from October to April.
• Final Cleaning
The final cleaning fee of $125 is included for stays of one week or longer.
Booking Procedure
1) Availability + Quote
Please contact us using our contact form to check if your requested period is available. We
will answer you as soon as possible and you will be provided with a quote.
2) Confirming Booking
If your dates are available and you are happy with the quote provided, you will be required to
pay a deposit of 25% to confirm your dates.
3) Balance Payment
8 weeks prior to arrival at the villa you will be asked to pay the remaining 75% or the total
balance plus a damage deposit of $250. (The damage deposit will be fully returned following a
satisfactory report from our management)
4) Villa Details
Once the full payment has been received, you will be sent all the villa’s details. This
includes all driving directions as well as the pin code for obtaining your keys.
